预防性应用聚乙二醇化重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子在妇科恶性肿瘤化学治疗中的价值
Value of prophylactic application of polyethylene glycolated recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor in chemotherapy for patients with gynecologic malignant tumor

Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of prophylactic application of polyethylene glycolated recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor (PEG-rhG-CSF) in chemotherapy for patients with gynecologic malignant tumor.Methods The clinical statistics of the patients with gynecologic malignant tumor hospitalized in Guangdong Women's and Children's Hospital for chemotherapy during from 2016 to 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into a research group and a control group according to whether applying PEG-rhG-CSF or not.The baseline statistics,the incidence of leukopenia,the number of cases with delayed chemotherapy cycles due to leukopenia,the adverse reactions of the drugs were observed and analyzed.Results There were no statistical differences between the 49 cases of the research group (17 cases of cervical cancer,18 cases of ovarian cancer,and 14 cases of endometrial cancer) and the 58 cases of the control group (20 cases of cervical cancer,22 of ovarian cancer,16 cases of endometrial cancer) in the baseline statistics such as chemotherapy regimen,age,the counts of leukocytes and neutrophils before operation,and the liver and kidney function.The incidence of leukopenia was 6.12％ in the research group,and 20.69％ in control group (P=0.03).No case had no delayed chemotherapy in the research group,and 4 in the control group (P=0.03).There were 3 cases with ostealgia and 2 cases with weakness in the research group.Conclusion Prophylactic application of PEG-rhG-CSF in chemotherapy for patients with gynecologic malignant tumor can reduce the incidence of leukopenia significantly to avoid the delay of the chemotherapy cycles.关键词
