摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of special health education on the internal fistula related complications in patients taking maintenance hemodialysis.Methods 106 patients taking maintenance hemodialysis at our hospital from August,2016 to February,2018 were selected as research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to admission time,53 cases for each group.Both groups were treated with the same hemodialysis method.The control group received routine health education,while the observation group special health education based on the control group.The internal fistula related complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of internal fistula related complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Special health education for patients taking maintenance hemodialysis can effectively decrease the incidence of internal fistula related complications and increase the patients' satisfaction.关键词
