Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of five-full nursing modes in the health management of elderly patients newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM),and to provide some references for nurses in general medical wards to manage the health of patients with chronic diseases.Methods Selection october 2017 to April 2018 Fifty elderly patients newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group,25 for each group.The control group was given routine nursing care;in addition,the intervention group was given five-full nursing modes (including full-aspect,full-body,full-process,full-discipline,and full-skill modes) as primary medical and nursing intervention,and the health management of healthcare integration in patients' diet,exercise,and health compliance were carried out.The patients' diabetes prevention and treatment literacy,health compliance,and satisfaction were compared.Results The quality of prevention and treatment to diabetes mellitus,health compliance and satisfaction in the intervention group were superior to those of the control group [(55.521±5.222)vs.(48.841±8.912),80.0％ vs.48.0％,and (96.48±1.55) vs.(95.04±2.01)],with statistical differences (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion By applying the five-full nursing intervention modes,the nursing work in general medical wards can be well guided and the health of patients with chronic disease improved.关键词
