Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of bridging therapy on vascular recanalization rate, neurological function, and serum levels of calmodulin (CAM),growth differentiation factor-15 (GDF-15),and oxidized low density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods 76 patients with acute ischemic stroke treated at our hospital from January,2017 to January,2018 were selected as observation objects.According to the treatment methods, they were divided into a control group (37 cases) and a study group (39 cases). The control group underwent endovascular treatment, and the study group bridging treatment. The intracranial hemorrhage rate, vascular recanalization rate, neurological function, and serum levels of CAM,GDF-1 5,and ox-LDL were compared between the two groups. Results There were no statistical differences in intracranial hemorrhage rate and vascular recanalization rate between the two groups (both P > 0.05).1 and 7 days after the treatment, the NIHSS scores were lower in the study group than in the control group (both P < 0.05).After the treatment, the levels of CAM,GDF-15,and ox-LDL were lower in the study group than in the control group (all P < 0.05).Conclusion Bridging treatment for patients with acute ischemic stroke can improve the neurological function and reduce the serum levels of CAM,GDF-15,and ox-LDL.关键词
