摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of atorvastatin combined with insulin in the treatment of type 2 diabetic retinopathy. Methods 40 patients with diabetic retinopathy treated at our hospital from March,2017 to March,2018 were randomly selected as clinical observation objects, and were divided into an observation group (20 cases, treated with atorvastatin and insulin) and a control group (20 cases, taking routine treatment). After treatment,The blood lipid levels, fasting blood glucose (FBG),postprandial blood glucose (P2BG),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c),visual acuity, and the recovery of fundus lesions were compared between the two groups. Results The levels ofTC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,FBG,P2BG,and HbAlc were (3.34±2.45)mmol/L,(1.18±0.49) mmol/L,(2.23±0.51) mmol/L,(1.58±0.23) mmol/L,(6.32± 1.97) mmol/L,(7.78±2.38) mmol/L,and (6.58±1.56)% in the observation group, and were (5.24±2.06) mmol/L,(1.69±0.41) mmol/L,(3.23±0.44)mmol/L,(2.09±0.28) mmol/L,(9.76±2.13) mmol/L,(14.36±2.56) mmol/L,and (10.21±3.18)% in the control group (all P < 0.05).The effective rates of visual acuity and fundus lesions were 75.00% and 70.00% in the observation group, and were 60.00% and 55.00 in the control group (both P < 0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with insulin for patients with type 2 diabetic retinopathy can effectively improve blood lipid levels,FBG,P2BG,HbAlc,visual acuity, and recovery of fundus lesions after treatment, and is safe.关键词
