Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing education on weight management of obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PC0S).Methods 100 obese outpatients with PC0S needed weight managers.They were randomly divided into a nursing education group and a control group,50 cases for each group.The control group were given health propaganda by routine outpatient medical prescription.The nursing education group were given weight intervention by nursing propaganda on the basis of the control group.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results After the weight management,the rate of weight improvement (BMI ＜ 28) and weight management compliance and the clinical pregnancy rate were 76.0％ and 72.0％ in the nursing education group,and were 30.0％ and 54.0％ in the control group.Conclusion Nursing education for obese patients with PCOS taking weight management can obviously help to improve the rate of weight improvement (BMI ＜ 28) and weight management compliance.关键词
