Abstract
In this paper, we apply the 2015 data to evaluate the efficiency of agricultural subsidies in 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in China through SBM-TOBIT-SBM three-stage DEA, and employ Tobit model to analyze the influencing factors of financial subsidies efficiency of agricultural insurance. The result is as follows:the efficiency of financial subsidies for agricultural insurance in our country is generally not high, with obvious regional differences. The efficiency of the model fluctuates greatly before and after adjustment, and the external environment has a prominent impact on the financial subsidies for agricultural insurance. And the farmer's educational level has a significant positive impact on the efficiency of financial subsidies for agricultural insurance, while the local fiscal revenue level has a negative impact on the efficiency of financial subsidies for agricultural insurance. However, the proportion of peasants' operating income, the rate of affected agricultural production and the proportion of the added value of agriculture, forestry, husbandry and fishery did not significantly affect the efficiency of agricultural subsidies.关键词
