一种改进的九电平高频逆变器
An Improved Nine Level High Frequency Inverter
摘要
Abstract
The high frequency AC(alternating current)distribution system has gradually replaced the traditional DC(direct current)power distribution system because of its advantages of fast transient response,high power density, easy implementation of electrical isolation,and the realization of wireless power transmission. The existing high frequency AC inverters have many disadvantages,such as multiple input sources,lot switching devices,high hardware cost,complex circuit,difficult circuit parameter design,etc. An improved nine level inverter was presented with few switch devices and simple circuit structure. the nine level output was realized by switched capacitor technique in the structure,and Fourier analysis of the output waveform was carried out,the specific harmonic elimination method was adopted to further reduce the output harmonics. The working principle of inverter was analyzed in detail,and the parameters were designed. Finally,the simulation and experimental results verify the feasibility of the inverter.关键词
