摘要

Abstract

To deal with the small range and large gradient of inner phase shifts at light load,an extending dual-phase-shifting control was presented. By analyzing the different working modes of this control method,the optimized strategy based on backflow power was given. The small range of phase shift in conventional DPS control at light load can lead the whole system to be out-of-balance. While the secondary inner phase shifts extended from positive to negative,the character of inner phase in the method was optimized. By establishing mathematical models, comparatively analyzed different working modes of the extending dual-phase-shifting control,and designed a strategy to make the backflow power to be minimum. Finally,the simulation model of different modes was built to verify the advantage of the control method. Then an experimental prototype was developed based on this strategy,and the experimental resulted verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed control strategy.
