Abstract
According to the traditional resistance welding inverter power source has some shortcomings such as bad stability of control system,slower current response speed,and so on. A method of deadbeat control based on DSP was put forward. Deadbeat control has characteristics of fast dynamic response,high control accuracy,low harmonic distortion rate,etc. In the resistance spot welding inverter power source of constant current control,with deadbeat control,the circuit is simple and easy to implement,and it can quickly track the change of the load current. On the basis of theoretical study,used the software of Matlab/Simulink to simulate,the correctness of the theoretical research of the proposed control strategy was verified. Finally,a test prototype was designed and tested on the prototype,and the experimental results show that the resistance spot welding has good adjusting performance and excellent welding performance.关键词
