静止变频器启动控制策略与限制曲线
Start Control Strategy and Limit Curve for SFC
摘要
Abstract
Static frequency converter drive is adopted in the flexible large synchronous unit,the best way to start synchronization can be set from the state of static or turning smooth into the target speed,no effect on the grid. From the perspective of the motor dynamics equation and electromagnetic relation equation,considering the mutual coupling between the motor stator and rotor and the disturbance of the windings pressure drop,to various control objects and actuator,the controller was designed. And according to the motor,the SFC equipment features,different start-up phase of the constraint condition and boundary curve were given,made under the condition of meet the safety equipment as much as possible to shorten the start time and improve the success rate. At last,the starting waveform of the control strategy in the application of 300 Mvar synchronous phasing unit was given,and the correctness and rationality of the control strategy were verified.关键词
