健康成人血清胆红素浓度的分布及其参考区间的建立
Distribution of serum bilirubin and establishment of its reference interval in healthy adults
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a reference interval for serum total bilirubin (TBIL),direct bilirubin (DBIL),and indirect bilirubin (IBIL) in 20-79 years old healthy adults in Lianyungang.Methods A total of 14734 reference individuals were selected by complete randomization.AU5821 automatic biochemical analyzer and its matching reagent were used to detect the serum levels of TBIL,DBIL,and IBIL.Based on the CLSI C28-A3 and WS/T 402-2012 "Clinical Laboratory Test Project Reference Interval Formulation" criteria,the reference intervals for the three indicators were established.Results There were no statistical differences in TBIL,DBIL,and IBIL between the healthy adults with different genders and ages (all P ＞ 0.05).The reference intervals of serum TBIL,DBIL,and IBIL were 7.0-26.1 μmol/L,0.7-5.0 μmol/L,and 5.6-20.8 μmol/L,respectively.Conclusion The reference intervals of serum TBIL,DBIL,and IBIL can provide important clinical value for auxiliary diagnosis and prognostic evaluation of clinical related diseases.关键词
