学龄儿童年轻恒前牙外伤的临床分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the regularity,clinical treatment,and related prognostic factors of young permanent anterior tooth trauma in school-age children.Methods Sixty-eight school-age children with young permanent anterior tooth trauma admitted into our hospital from May,2016 to September,2018 were enrolled.The differences in the location,cause,age,sex,and trauma of the permanent anterior teeth were analyzed.Results The main occurrence time was of autumn and winter at the schools.The peak age was 7-15 years old.The ratio of male to female was 2.09∶1.Most were caused by their own falls.The main type of trauma was maxillary and middle incisor crown fold.Conclusion There is a certain regularity in the occurrence of young permanent anterior tooth trauma in school-age children.The earlier the treatment is,the better the prognosis is.关键词
