无痛胃肠镜诊疗术治疗的麻醉护理总结
Anesthesia nursing care of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy

Abstract
Objective To explore the anesthesia nursing plan of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods 124 patients taking painless gastrointestinal endoscopy at our hospital from March to September,2018 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group.The control group were routinely cared,while the experimental group were given high-quality nursing care.The psychological status,satisfaction,and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The scores of SAS and SDS were (44.01±3.25) and (42.19±2.73) in the experimental group,which were significantly lower than those in the control group (both P ＜ 0.05).The satisfaction was 93.55％ in the experimental group,which was higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.22％ in the experimental group,which was lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing care for patients taking painless gastrointestinal endoscopy can improve their bad mood,satisfaction,and safety,so it is worth for popularization and application.关键词
