Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of central venous oxygen saturation (CVOS) in the postoperative monitoring of children with congenital heart disease (CHD).Methods Fifty children with congenital heart disease admitted to the cardiac surgery intensive care unit of our hospital from September,2017 to September,2018 were selected as the study objects.The central venous oxygen saturation was monitored after the children entered the cardiac surgery intensive care unit (ICU) after operation until the children died or were transferred to ICU.The patients were divided into a survival group and a death group according to their postoperative conditions.The general data of the two groups were recorded,and the change trend of central venous oxygen saturation in the two groups was analyzed.Results There were 42 children in the survival group and 8 in the death group.Compared with the death group,the survival group had higher central venous oxygen saturation and daily value of death or transfer to cardiac surgery intensive care unit (ICU),with statistical differences between the two groups (both P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Central venous oxygen saturation plays an early warning role in the post-operative monitoring of children with congenital heart disease,and can be promoted and used in clinic in the future.关键词
