隔姜透灸法治疗急性期肱骨外上髁炎的临床效果

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ginger moxibustion for acute temporomandibular epicondylitis.Methods A total of 74 patients with acute temporomandibular epicondylitis who were admitted to our department from June,2017 to August,2018 and were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,37 cases for each group.The control group orally took analgesic drug;in addition,the treatment group was treated with ginger moxibustion.The clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale (VAS) score,grip strength,and tenderness were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 94.59％ in the observation group,and was 81.08％ in the control group (x 2=1.581 2,P ＜ 0.05).The VAS score,grip strength,and tenderness were better in the observation group than in the control group 2 weeks after the treatment (t=-4.513 7,9.892 5,and 3.762 8,all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Ginger moxibustion for acute temporomandibular epicondylitis is effective.关键词
