Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of applying quality control circle mode in nursing clinical teaching in the practice of spinal surgery.Methods A total of 140 transfer students from the operation room of our hospital from May,2015 to May,2018 were randomly divided into a study group (70 cases) and a control group (70 cases).The control group was given a routine nursing teaching mode to carry out the teaching of spinal surgery.The study group carried out the teaching mode of quality control circle in the nursing teaching.The teaching quality and the ability to transfer students were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,operational skills,and transfer status as well as the total assessment scores were (28.15±3.28),(27.26±3.12),(38.84±3.54) and (92.04±7.51) in the study group,and were (26.01±3.09),(24.17±2.87),(34.42±3.13) and (86.04±6.89) in the control group,with statistical differences (all P < 0.05).The excellent rate was 95.72% in the study group,and was 81.43% in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion In the nursing teaching of spinal surgery,the teaching mode of quality control circle can significantly improve the quality of nursing teaching and the cooperation degree of transfer students,so it is worth being generalized.关键词
