体外循环心脏患者围术期护理中应用快速康复理念的效果分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of application of rapid rehabilitation concept in perioperative nursing care for patients taking cardiopulmonary bypass.Methods 94 patients taking cardiopulmonary bypass between February,2017 and February,2018 at our hospital were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group received perioperative nursing care according to rapid rehabilitation concept,and the control group conventional perioperative nursing care.The clinical indicators and the incidence of the postoperative complications were analyzed.Results The extubation time,the first exhaust time,the first defecation time,and the length of hospital stay were (9.36±2.42) h,(23.12±5.15) h,(46.58±5.36) h,and (11.96±4.08) d in the experimental group,which were significantly shorter than those in the control group.The incidence of incision infection,urinary retention and postoperative bleeding was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group (2.13％ vs.21.28％,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Application of rapid rehabilitation concept in perioperative nursing care for patients taking cardiopulmonary bypass is helpful to improve their recovery speed and reduce postoperative complications,and the nursing value is high.关键词
