Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing care led by specialist nurses for children with short-segment congenital megacolon.Methods The subjects in this study were all children with congenital megacolon treated in our hospital.The admission time of the 64 patients was from May,2017 to July,2018.The children were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the envelope grouping method.The control group were routinely cared,and the observation group received accelerated nursing care from special nurses.The pain degree,and exhaustion time,defecation time,and gastric tube,anal canal,and urinary catheter removal times were compared between the two groups.Results The exhaustion time [(11.73±0.62) h vs.(17.93±1.06) h],defecation time [(11.86±0.79) h vs.(20.89±2.92)h],and the times for removing gastric tube,anal canal,and urinary catheter were significantly shorter and the pain score [(1.72±0.12) vs.(2.98±0.16)] was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing care led by special nurses can promote the body recovery of children with short-segment congenital megacolon,and is safe.关键词
