Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mesalazin suppository combined with self-made Jiedu Liangxue decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods 108 patients with rectal ulcerative colitis treated at our hospital from December,2017 to December,2018 were randomly divided into an experimental group (n=54) and a control group (n=54).The control group were treated with enema with saline and salazin suppository,and the experimentalgroup with enema with self-made Jiedu Liangxue decoction and mesalazin suppository.After one month's treatment,the clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (96.30％ vs.81.48％,P ＜ 0.05).The fiberoptic colonoscopy score,IL-8,TNF-α,sedimentation,and platelet count were (1.0±0.3),(71.4±7.9) μg/L,(122.8±20.5) mg/L,(13.5±10.4) mm/h,and (220.2±86.7) ×l09 in the experimental group,and were (1.6±0.5),(109.1±9.0) μg/L,(148.6±23.3) mg/L,(19.1±12.8) mm/h,and (250.5±63.8) × 109 in the control group (all P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group (0.00％ vs.11.11％,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Mesalazin suppository and enema with self-made Jiedu Liangxue decoction in the treatment of rectal ulcerative colitis can effectively inhibit the absorption of inflammatory factors and accelerate the healing of ulcerative surface,has fewer adverse reactions,and is safe for a long time,and the curative effect is remarkable.关键词
