糖尿病肾病患者人文关怀护理的实施效果分析
Humanistic care for 42 patients with diabetic nephropathy

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of humanistic care for patients with diabetic nephropathy (DN).Methods 84 patients with DN treated at our hospital from March,2018 to March,2019 were selected,and were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,42 cases for each group.The control group were routinely cared;and the study group received humanistic care.The nursing satisfaction and score of life quality (SF-36) before and after nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction was 85.71％ in the control group,and was 97.62％ in the study group (P ＜ 0.05).Before the nursing care,there was no statistical difference in SF-36 score between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05);after the nursing care,the sf-36 score was (88.42±11.33) in the study group,and was (80.61±8.45) in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care nursing for DN patients is helpful to improve their quality of life and satisfaction to nursing work,so it is worthy of promotion.关键词
