Discussion on "Six Gargles a Day Is a Good Regimen" by National Chinese Medicine Master Sun Guangrong

Abstract
National Chinese medicine master Sun Guangrong has been digging into the health preserving field for decades and summarizes a set of full and plain health preserving theory, named Ten Rhymes of Health Preservation. The sixth rhyme is "Six gargles a day is a good regimen". Based on the specific connotation of protecting oral health, Professor Sun creates a poetry to educate people: Six gargles a day is a good regimen at different time points - morning, three meals, bedtime, and after a midday nap; don't think of brushing your teeth and gargling as troubles; clean your mouth to prevent tooth decay, and refresh breath refresh spirit; this not only helps maintain a good figure, but also prevent many diseases.关键词
