Abstract
Objective To investigate the current situation of work stress and mental health of pediatric nurses, and explore scientific humanized management measures. Methods A total of 48 paediatric nurses from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected to investigate the general information. The source of nurses' working pressure and the status of mental health were statistically analyzed with the nurses' work pressure source scale and SCL-90 (symptom checklist). Results The stressors of pediatric nurses included age, marital status, education, length of service and title. The unhealthy mental status were mainly manifested as depression, anxiety, fear of hostility and so on. Conclusion The work pressure of the paediatric nurses is great and the mental health level needs to be improved. The humanistic management measures should be taken to relieve the burden and psychological burden of the nurses.关键词
