摘要
Abstract
The management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is still in its infancy in China, so it is necessary to explore and establish a COPD chronic disease management model that is in line with the characteristics of central urban areas. From 2015 to 2016, Tianping Community Health Care Center set up a research team on individualized management of COPD. After two years of research, it was found that the lung function of intervention group was improved significantly after management through community individualized management. However, in the study, it is difficult to popularize this management mode by relying solely on community health centers. Through the practice of community management of COPD, this paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions.关键词
