钌掺杂二氧化钛制备低温选择性催化还原催化剂及其脱硝性能的研究

Abstract
In order to obtain a catalyzer with high denitrification efficiency, a TiO2-denitrification catalyst doped with ruthenium (Ru) was successfully prepared by sol-gel method and its denitrification performance was tested. It was found that the denitrification effect was obviously improved at low temperature after Ru doping. When the contents of Ru doping (mass fraction of Ru) reached 2. 5% and the calcination temperature was 600 ℃, the highest rate of denitration was up to 91. 67% at 270 ℃. The catalysts were characterized by XRD、XPS、BET、SEM and FT-IR. The results show that the doping of Ru had a retarding effect on the transformation of TiO2 from anatase to rutile, and RuO2 with high catalytic activity was generated. Several Ru4+ substituted Ti4+, result in the original grain size was changed, which increased the surface area of catalyst and improved pore structure, so that the catalyst exhibited good denitrification performance.关键词
