长链非编码RNA在肺高血压中的研究进展
Advances in studying the role of long noncoding RNA in pulmonary hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is a syndrome characterized by persistent increase in pulmonary vascular resistance. Due to lack of specificity in clinical manifestations, patients at the early stage of PH are prone to delayed diagnosis. The prognosis of PH is poor and at the late stage of the disease, it may result in right heart failure and even death. Long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) is a type of non-coding RNA longer than200 nt. LncRNA affects the incidence, progression, and prognosis of diseases through regulating chromatin remodeling and gene expression at the transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels. Among the complicated pathogenic mechanisms of PH, the roles of lncRNA in the pathological remodeling of pulmonary vessels have attracted wide attention. This review sought to elucidate the acting mechanism of lncRNA in PH, in the hope of providing new leads to the diagnosis of and intervention in this disease.关键词
