经典Wnt信号通路在骨肉瘤中作用的研究进展
Research progress of classical Wnt signaling pathway in osteosarcoma
摘要
Abstract
Osteosarcoma is the most common malignant tumor in bone tissue, whose high degree of malignancy especially preys on children and adolescents. Wnt signaling pathway is a signal pathway containing a highly conserved base sequence that regulates cell polarity, proliferation, differentiation and embryo development, tissue homeostasis and cell carcinogenesis, tumor cell invasion and metastasis and many other biological processes. The study found that classical Wnt/β signaling pathway and the occurrence and development of osteosarcoma were closely related. classical Wnt/β signaling pathway in osteosarcoma cell proliferation, invasion and metastasis and other important regulations could provide an important direction and method research into the pathogenesis of osteosarcoma and metastasis mechanism and chemotherapy resistance.关键词
