脂联素水平与肥胖对多囊卵巢综合征患者体外受精胚胎移植术结局的影响
Effects of the adiponectin level and obesity on in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer outcome in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between adiponectin (ADPN) and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and its impact on the outcome of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) cycles. Methods 120 patients in PCOS group and 100 patients in control group. The two groups were divided into subgroups according to body mass index. ADPN levels were measured in serum on the menstrual cycle day 2, to observe the relationship between ADPN levels and glycolipid metabolism and reproductive endocrine hormones in patients with PCOS and its effect on IVF-ET outcome. Results The level of ADPN decreased significantly in the two PCOS groups and decreased more significantly in the obese PCOS subgroup (P ＜ 0.05). The clinical pregnancy rate of the obese PCOS subgroup was lower than that of the non-obese PCOS subgroup, the early abortion rate was higher than that of the non- obese PCOS subgroup (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Serum ADPN level was low in PCOS patients, and in obese PCOS patients especially, which was associated with poor IVF-ET outcome.关键词
