人乳头瘤病毒-E6/E7mRNA检测对宫颈癌术后患者预后的评估价值
Evaluation of human papilloma virus-E6/E7mRNA detection in the the prognosis of postoperative patients with cervical cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the evaluation of human papilloma virus (HPV) -E6/E7mRNA detection in the prognosis of postoperative patients with cervical cancer. Methods 160 postoperative patients with cervical cancer were selected from June 2014 to June 2017 in No.1 People's Hospital, Jiangxia District of Wuhan. The real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the expression of HPV-E6/ E7mRNA in cervical cancer and normal tissues adjacent to cancer, the relationship between HPV- E6/ E7mRNA and the prognosis of the patients was analyzed. Results The expression level of HPV-E6/E7mRNA in the cervical cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in the normal tissues adjacent to cancer and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The expression level of HPV-E6/E7mRNA in cervical cancer tissues was related to the clinical stage, differentiation degree, pathological grade, and lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05). The one-year survival rate in the high expression of HPV-E6/E7mRNA patients was significantly lower than that in the low expression and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the high expression of HPV-E6/E7mRNA was an independent risk factor for the survival prognosis of the postoperative patients with cervical cancer (P < 0.05). Conclusion HPV- E6/ E7mRNA is related to the occurrence and development of cervical cancer, and it can be used as an important index in evaluating the prognosis of cervical cancer after operation.关键词
