摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate into the efficacy of Laluralurin combined with Mentholin insulin in treating patients of type 2 diabetes with poor blood glucose control and into the effect on β-cell function of insulin and insulin resistance. Methods One hundred patients of type 2 diabetes with poor blood glucose control were randomly divided into an observation group and control group with 50 patients in each group. Both groups were given non-pharmaceutical and oral metformin tablets for hypoglycemia. The control group was given hypodermic injection of menthol insulin before three meals. Contrasted with the control group, the observation group was given Laluralurin. Both groups were treated for twelve weeks. Factors including blood glucose, efficacy and safety were compared between them. β-cell function of insulin and insulin resistance were detected in the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, fasting blood- glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were obviously decreased (P < 0.01). Overall effective rate for the observation group was 96%, remarkably higher than that of control group (80%, χ2= 4.640, P = 0.031), there was statistically significant difference between them. Adverse reaction rate was 34% for the observation group and 32% for the control group, but there was no statistically significant difference between them (P > 0.05). After treatment, fasting C-peptide, 2 h postprandial C-peptide, and HOMA β-cell function of insulin were obviously higher, while HOMA insulin resistance was lower than that of control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion The efficacy of Laluralurin combined with Mentholin insulin in treating patients of type 2 diabetes with poor blood glucose control is significant and safe, and regulation of β-cell function of insulin may be one of it's effective ways.关键词
