摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes of bone metabolic markers and their influencing factors in patients with diabetic osteoporosis. Methods 218 patients with type 2 diabetes had been admitted their ages, durations of diabetes, hypoglycemic drugs and blood glucose control were inquired in detail. Fasting plasma glucose (FPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), blood calcium (Ca), blood phosphorus (P) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) were measured. Their height and weight were measured and the body mass index (BMI) was calculated. Bone mineral density (BMD) was measured, the corresponding T and Z values were recorded. They were divided into an osteoporosis group (group A), osteopenia (group B) and bone mass normal group (group C) according to bone density. Results The detection rate of osteoporosis in different genders was different. The detection rate of osteoporosis in female patients was greater than that in men (P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant. The age and course of disease and HbA1c in group A and B were significantly higher than those in group C (P < 0.05). The FPG and ALP in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and C (P < 0.05). The BMI in group A was lower than that of group B and C (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in Ca and P between the three groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion There was no significant change in the bone metabolism index Ca and P in the diabetic osteoporosis patients, while ALP increased. Age and FPG and HbA1c were independent risk factors for osteoporosis.关键词
