Relationship between the Notch signaling pathway and the development and progression of liver fibrosis
摘要
Abstract
The Notch signaling pathway mainly includes Notch receptors and ligands, transcription factors, and DNA binding proteins. It decides the way of cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Recent studies have shown that the Notch signaling pathway plays an important role in the development and progression of liver fibrosis, and blocking or activating the Notch signaling pathway can influence the progression of liver fibrosis. This article reviews the research advances in the composition of the Notch signaling pathway, the mechanism by which it is activated, and its association with liver fibrosis.关键词
