右正中神经电刺激对NICU昏迷患者的治疗效果
Therapeutic effect of right median nerve stimulation on NICU coma patients
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the therapeutic effect of right median nerve stimulation on Neurosurgery Intensive Care Unit ( NICU ) coma patients.Methods 70 patients with different causes of coma were enrolled in the hospital’s NICU.They were randomly divided into two groups as the treatment group and the control group.Among them, the treatment group was given a right median nerve stimulation on the basis of conventional treatment.The level of consciousness was evaluated by statistical analysis according to the GCS score , GOS score, and DRS score at 6 months after the onset of the patients.Results Compared with the control group , the recovery of consciousness in the treatment group was significantly better , and the proportion of plant survival was significantly lower.After treatment, the GCS score and GOS score were significantly higher than the control group, and the DRS score was significantly lower than the control group.Conclusions Right mid-negative nerve stimulation for the treatment of NICU coma patients can significantly improve clinical prognosis.The method is simple and worthy of popularization and application.关键词
