Abstract
Xinzhuang Coal Mine has large water inflow from return air vertical wells, freezing depth of 910 m, deep drilling depth, and large bedrock thickness, and the overall construction is difficult. According to the actual situation of the project, the engineering parameters such as freezing wall thickness are determined based on the height of the excavation section and the relevant experience, and the key technical measures in the course of the construction of pore correction and freezing ring are introduced. The mechanized equipment used in excavation and masonry construction is reasonably selected, and the blasting control technology of frozen bedrock section is briefly described. The practice shows that the safe and rapid construction of Xinzhuang return air shaft can be guaranteed by effective control of key technologies in the process of freezing and excavation.关键词
