摘要

Abstract

For the problems of easy sticking, drill-burying of high speed spiral drilling in soft coal, through the analysis of the process of sticking accident treatment method, three kinds of anti-sticking hydraulic systems are designed, which are rotary over-pressure feed and decompression, rotary overpressure feed and backoff, and rotary overpressure feed and backoff. Three schemes were combined with threaded cartridge valves to develop a new anti-sticking hydraulic system, and AMESim simulation software was used to build the system model for analysis. The results show that the dynamic characteristics of the system are consistent with the theoretical design, and the anti-sticking hydraulic system is sensitive and can automatically prevent and deal with stick-ing accidents.
