The Adhesive Contact Problem in Two-dimensional Octagonal Quasicrystals
摘要
Abstract
By using the complex variable method,the paper considers the adhesive contact problem in two dimensional (2D) octagonal quasicrystals.Based on the solutions of Riemann-Hilbert boundary problem,the expressions of contact stress and displacement are given in closed-form under the action of a rigid flat punch.Meanwhile,the relations between indentation force and contact displacement are obtained explicitly.Illustrative numerical results are presented graphically.As a special case,the results in the paper can be degenerated into the corresponding conclusions in 2D decagonal quasicrystals.关键词
