腔镜辅助下甲状腺切除术:从颈部小切口到体表无痕
Video-Assisted Thyroidectomy: From a Minimal Access Cervical Incision to a Scarless Outcome
摘要
Abstract
Traditional thyroid surgery is performed by exposing the thyroid through a cervical Kocher incision. Howev-er, in a large number of patients, especially young women, are concerned about visible scars. Recent technological innova-tions have allowed surgeons to remove the thyroid gland from a remote site while avoiding visible scars in neck. This article provided personal experience in endoscopic thyroidectomy with overviews of current minimally invasive thyroidectomy and alternate incision-site thyroidectomy and their indications, benefits and risks of these surgeries.关键词
