我国农民收入倍增现状分析与制度保障
Analysis on current situation of farmers' income multiplication and its system guarantee in China

Abstract
Realizing farmers′income multiplication is an important means to ensure sustained and rapid economic growth.An empirical research is made on actual situation of farmers′income in China from the per capita net income, sources of income and income gap with the descriptive statistics.The results show that the income level of rural residents had a steady growth trend and an average annual growth rate is 12.65％from 1978 to 2016;household business and wage net income is the main source of rural residents′income, while the proportion of property and transfer net income is smaller;the income gap between urban and rural residents shows a trend of gradual expansion;farmers′income in the four regions of the east, northeast, middle and west has increased year by year, but the regional income gap is remarkable;the level of per capita net income of rural residents is in proportion with their growth rate.Therefore, it proposes system guarantee measures to realize farmers′income multiplication from the wage net income, household business net income, property pure income and transfer pure income.关键词
