财政预算支出规模对环境的影响效应研究——来自辽宁省的实证经验

摘要
Abstract
With dynamic panel model which is formulated based on the the fiscal budget expenditure panel data of 14 cities in Liaoning Province from 2003 to 2014 and equations of environment and economic growth, it made an emperical study on the environmental quality from the perspective of fiscal budget expenditure scale.Results show that the budget expenditure of Liaoning province is negatively related to environmental protection, which means the pollution emissions still present a rising trend.In addition, it find that there is a net positive effect:for every 1％increase in the size of the budget, the per capita industrial emissions increase by about 0.33％0.36％.关键词
