乡村振兴背景下少数民族地区贫困治理的新思路
On poverty governance in minority areas under the background of rural revitalization
摘要
Abstract
Owing to the comprehensive constraints of ecological environment,geographical location,social situation and historical factors,poverty governance in minority areas has been the most important and difficult problem in the work of poverty alleviation and development in China. Under the strategic goal of rural revitalization and a well-off society in an all-round way,the poverty alleviation and development in the minority areas become an important part of the current pov- erty alleviation work. The multi-dimensional manifestaions and causes of poverty in minority areas require muki-dimen- sional poverty governance, multidimensional identification of poor populaion,multidimensional assistance to poverty population, muiti-dimensional cooperation and management, muiti-dimensional assessment of poverty reduction effectveness,and finally achieving poverty alleviation and sustainable development.关键词
