乡贤参与乡村治理的政治逻辑与吸纳策略
The political logic and absorption strategy of rural elites' participation in the modern rural governance
摘要
Abstract
Rural elites' participation in rural politics has a long history in China. It is essentially a form of soft governance which is of benefit to stabilizing the rural social order and has realistic feasibility In current rural governance. Rural elites's governence of village actually supplements the village committee's governance,and the socialization road is more ralonal. Rural elites establish a social organization,formulate organizalon management system, regulate organizalonal processes and help the village committee to deal with public affairs. In order to obtain a better effect,it is necessary to take take ef- fective measures.关键词
