城郊型社区治理过程逻辑——以北京市J社区为例
Logics of governmentality in the peri-urban communities
摘要
Abstract
Peri-urban community governance and governmentality have become hot issues of social concern and gradually enter the field of academic research. Through the demolition and reallocation events of J village in Beijing,this article ob— served the dynamic and interactive process between actors and the community governance structure,and analyzed the logic of the process. Actors nn J community includes residences,administrative agencies, business,and formal and informal community organizations. Better community governance required coordinating these actors. Formal mstituton directs community actors' action,while informal insrtutions are prevailing in the community governmentality. It is essential to combine formal and informal institutions and make formal institution implement in informal way to achieve policy goals. The resource exchange and collusion of various actors push policy to be implemented in flexible way. Actor-orientated ap- proaches provided a new perspective to understand logic of community governmentality in the peri-urban region.关键词
