摘要
Abstract
The targeted poverty alleviation is the guiding ideology of poverty alleviation and development in China under the new normal economy. Relying solely on the government has many problems In the process of poverty alleviaton. It is feasible to absorb the participaton of non—profit organizaton whose philosophy is similar to that of targeted poverty alleviation with targeted,timely,open,and transparent charecteristics and which can absorb social resources and integrate idle resources effectively. Therfore, the government should update poverty alleviation methods from traditional leading poverty alleviation to cooperative poverty alleviaion,intentify polities and financial support to provide protection for nonprofit organizations,strengthenprofessional capacity building and enhance nonprofit organizations' participation improve the assessment and monitoring mechanisms,thus improving the accuracy and validity of targeted poverty alleviation.关键词
