摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of plasma fibrinogen(FIB) and fibrin monomer(FM) during the normal gestation period and their clinical implication. Methods Plasma fibrinogen, monomer and D- dimer concentrations were measured with Clauss assay and immunoturbidimetry respectively in 124 normal pregnant women at first trimester(12~15 weeks), second trimester(22~25 weeks) and third trimester(35~40 weeks); and 100 non- pregnant women (controls). Plasma prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and thrombin time (TT) were also analyzed. Results Compared with non- pregnant group, plasma levels of FIB, FM and D- dimer were significantly higher in pregnant women at the first trimester. During the third trimester, PT, APTT and TT were significantly decreased (P<0.01). There were significant differences in plasma FMand D- dimer levels in pregnant women at different gestation periods(P<0.01). Conclusion The plasma levels of FIB, FMand D- dimer in normal pregnant women are dynamically changed, which may be used to predict the coagulation status during the gestation period.
