蒲公英抗肿瘤作用的研究进展★
Research Progress in Anti-tumor Effect of Taraxacum Dandelion★
摘要
Abstract
As a traditional Chinese herb, taraxacum contains multiple active ingredients which play significant roles in anticancer ac-tion, such as polysaccharide, flavonoid, terpene, pigment, taraxasterol, coumarin, organic acid and so on. These active ingredients generally interfere in signal transduction of cancer cells, regulate cancer cell cycle and apoptotic protein expression, and inhibit proliferation and mi-gration of cancer cells and so on, and thus effectively restrain tumor development and deterioration. This article summarized the anti-tumor mechanism of five active ingredients in taraxacum, aiming to provide more references for relevant research.关键词
