摘要
Abstract
It is of great significance to understand the specific molecular mechanism of the gastrointestinal carcinoma for its prevention and treatment. Zebrafish, as a unique living vertebrate model, has highly conserved genes with human. Its transparent early embryo is con-ducive to the real-time observation of the developing process. Since the carcinogenesis of zebrafish organs and tissues is very similar to that of humans, zebrafish become a preferable cancer model for the in vivo research of gastrointestinal carcinomas development, the development and screening of anti-tumor drugs and the determination of the best treatment options. These zebrafish cancer models include hepatocellular carcinoma, colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer and gastric cancer. In this review summarized was the application progress of gastrointesti-nal carcinomas models by zebrafish.关键词
