菌毒清提取物对鼻咽癌细胞CNE-2Z荷瘤裸鼠治疗作用的研究★
Therapeutic Effects of Junduqing Extract on Nude Mice Bearing Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Cell CNE-2Z★

Abstract
Objective To study the therapeutic effects of Junduqing extract (Junduqing granules, a kind of powder extracted from several medicinal herbs) on CNE-2Z tumor-bearing nude mice. Methods 0.2 mL CNE-2Z cell suspension was inoculated subcutaneously in right armpit of nude mice to establish transplanted tumor model. Then the nude mice were randomly divided into five groups: model control group, chlorogenic acid control group (0.01 g·kg-1), high-dose group (8.8 g·kg-1), medium-dose group (4.4 g·kg-1) and low-dose group (2.2 g·kg-1) of Junduqing extract. The rats were orally administered once per day for three weeks. The mice weight and the tumor volume were measured every other day. Three weeks later, the nude mice, the tumor tissue, spleen and thymus were weighed. The mean tumor weight, tumor growth inhibition rate, tumor volume, relative tumor volume, relative tumor proliferation rate, spleen index, thymus index and other indicators were also calculated. Results Compared with the model control group, the thymus index of nude mice was significantly increased in the high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose groups, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The tumors of the chlorogenic acid control group, high-dose group, medi-um-dose group and the low-dose group shrank in volume significantly within 8~20 days after administration, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Compared with the chlorogenic acid control group, the relative tumor proliferation volume of the high-dose group and medium-dose group decreased significantly during the 8~20 days of administration (P<0.01). After 20 days of administration, the relative tumor proliferation rates in the high, medium and low dose groups were 8.27%, 23.47% and 39.42%, respectively, showing statistically significant dif-ferences when compared with the chlorogenic acid control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Junduqing extract can obviously inhibit the growth of CNE-2Z tumor-bearing xenograft in nude mice. It has obvious anti-tumor activity.关键词
