摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the methods and significance of pharmaceutical care for cervical cancer patients who received chemo-therapy with paclitaxel for injection (albumin-bound) combined with carboplatin. Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in drug therapy for a cervical cancer patient who received chemotherapy with paclitaxel for injection (albumin-bound) combined with carboplatin, provided pharmaceutical care for drug preparation and adverse reactions, assessed the risk of febrile neutropenia and conducted the preventive use of recombinant human granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (rhG-CSF). Taking into consideration the results of chemotherapy-related gene test, clinical pharmacists assisted clinicians with chemotherapy regimen for next cycle. Results Clinical pharmacists can assist clinicians in adjusting the therapeutic regimen from the perspective of pharmacists, and improve the level of clinical drug treatment. Conclusion In clini-cal work, clinical pharmacists should play its due role in collaboration with clinicians actively. Based on the individual conditions of patients, clinical pharmacists could discover and analyze in time relevant medication problems, and make monitoring plans and follow-up evaluation, so that could provide scientific and effective reference for further treatment and ensure the safety of medication for patients.关键词
