新时代中国社会建设的逻辑及路径创新研究
Research on the Logic and Path Innovation of China′s Social Construction in the New Era
摘要
Abstract
In the new era, the three new changes the Chinese society is facing are major social contradictions in its transformation: the shift of economic development to high-quality one, and the entry of social governance into a ＂new pattern＂.The core of China′s social construction is to strengthen and improve people′s livelihood and innovate the social governance.The study shows that the Chinese social construction in the new era needs to grasp the triple logics: the first one is the development logic which should clarify the relationship between the new era and the social construction to adapt to the transformation of major contradictions; the second is the internal logic which should grasp the relationship between the economic development and the social construction, to help the economic transformation and upgrading; the third is the logic of action which should accurately position the developing requirements of the social construction and innovate the social governance.In the new era, China′s social construction should move toward a more detailed and precise direction, and its three major path innovations should further safeguard and improve people′s livelihood, continuously innovate the social governance, strengthen the capacity building of the social organizations, stimulate the social vitality, and finally realize the comprehensive improvement of the social construction system and capabilities.关键词
