Abstract
Based on the 2018 criminal procedure law, the paper discusses the low efficiency in implementing the lenient system of pleaded guilty and recognized fine under the present standard of proof. To solve this, suggestions are made to construct a system of different methods of proof based on the principle of matching the litigation procedure designed according to the nature of different crimes procedures in China, and choosing different methods of proof, that is, the ＂rigorous proof method＂for ordinary procedure, medium proof method for simple procedures, and ＂free proof method＂for ordinary procedure.And according to the order, the requirements could be more fit to the type of evidence and evidence investigation procedures so as to raise the efficiency.关键词
